Opened in 1937 in Staten Island as a Tavern until Carlo Denino introduced his award winning pizza in 1951, since then Denino’s has been renowned for our thin crust pizza and Italian Fare , which is always prepared fresh,daily.
In 2016 Denino’s Greenwich Village opened. Owned and operated by the Castellano Family. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and is perfect for a large group or a casual date night.
Joey Castellano worked for the Denino family for over 30 years in every aspect of the business. He has brought his knowledge of food and hospitality to the heart of the Village. On any given day you will be greeted by Joey or his son Joseph with a warm welcoming smile, both
with aspirations of continuing the Denino tradition of a family run neighborhood restaurant.
